Achieve peak waterproof performance with the Alan golf rain pants — part of Galvin Green’s DRYVR™ waterproofs collection. Featuring PERTEX® Shield stretch technology, these 100% waterproof and windproof pants are extremely breathable. We’ve spared no expense on the details, which include adjustable leg width, elasticated drawstring waist, front pockets with fleece lining, and a split inseam for abrasion resistance. We’ve also added an extra abrasion-resistant fabric on the pant hem to ensure durability.

Galvin Green’s DRYVR™ golf rain gear collection is designed to keep you dry and comfortable while you play. Freedom of movement is tested on the golf course, to ensure each and every garment works with the motions of golf. Made from a 100% waterproof fabric that is stretchy and extremely breathable, this PERTEX® Shield Stretch Technology material is ISO-tested and features a PFC FREE water repellent treatment. These stretch golf rain pants are designed to fit over your regular golf pants or a base layer.

TECHNOLOGY: PERTEX® Shield 3-layer stretch

Pertex Shield stretch garments have a hydrophilic PU membrane, designed to attract and retain water molecules due to the membrane’s “water-loving” nature. This 3-layer fabric is softer and more stretchy, and creates a superior next-to-skin comfort with a ‘slide’n’glide’ effect to reduce friction with garments worn underneath, and guarantees 100% waterproofness. Pertex® fabrics are PFAS-free, making them a better choice for you to wear, use and rely on – year after year.

A hydrophilic PU membrane due to its 'water-loving' properties, occasionally cause a slight puckering effect on the surface of the material, particularly on lighter-coloured garments, when exposed to heavy moisture. Please rest assured, this is not a fabric defect, and the material will return to its smooth texture once fully dry.

Quality waterproof, rained non stop 18 holes , no leaks

Worth the money , rained non stop for 18 holes. Bone dry inside. If you got to their website you can buy the exact trouser size you need.

Waterproof and comfortable

The best waterproof pants I have ever owned. So comfy and so easy to slip on and off with your shoes still on. The velcro zipper cover is amazing and addsa noce touch to the pant

Best Money Spent Before Bandon Dunes

I went back and forth on buying these pants before a Bandon Dunes trip. Reddit threads were unanimous that Galvin Green and one other brand were way ahead of the competition. I bought the pants and regretted not getting a jacket too. We got torrential rain at Bandon for 5 rounds and my pants + base layer underneath my pants never got wet thanks to the GG Alans. I can't really wrap my mind around how they kept me dry with how much rain and wind we got but they did and I'll sing their praises to whoever listens. This might also be the first review I've ever written about a product I've purchased. They were that good.

Comfy and Practical

Love these pants so much and wear them even when it's not raining but the ground is wet. I'm a 32 waist but got these in a 30 as the size chart says, buy based on your waist size between the two 'stretched' numbers, perfect! There is a good amount of stretch in the waist for a great fit and the cuffs are also adjustable to dial in the width. The pockets are really nice, 3 in total and they are in the pants which I prefer more than my previous pair that was just an opening into you inside pants pocket, love these pants!

New Pair

Some 23 years ago I splashed out on a Galvin Green waterproof jacket and trousers. Over the years they served me exceptionally well . Two years ago I thought it was time to update the jacket and again I've been impressed. So, a few weeks ago I finally thought it was time to upgrade my Galvin Green waterproof tousers and I invested in a pair of Alan trousers. They are obviously waterproof, lightweight, warm and smart and I love them. Thank you again GG for making excellent products!

Nice golf pants

Pants are very high quality. I wear a 34x32 pant but upsized to 36x32 to provide a bit more room in the seat and thighs so the rain pants fit over my regular pants.
